I have been a yoga practitioner for over 25 years and have been a teacher for the last 12.
I am trained in Ashtanga yoga but can tailor classes to the needs of the individual.
I also teach absolute beginners yoga and Menopause Yoga.
If you practice Ashtanga and are looking for a way to adapt your practice to pregnancy or menopause, A one to one class is a perfect place to do this.
I can travel to you or you can come to the studio, or have an online class.

I teach absolute beginners, either as a one to one or as part of my Mysore self practice classes.
I will gradually introduce you to yoga as part of a bigger class where other people may be practicing more advanced postures.
you will learn simple postures and build on these over time.
this method is designed for people who may not be very flexible but it will help to build strength and flexibility.
The initial postures are simple and we move slowly and mindfully keeping awareness on breath and what the body is doing.
Over time you will become more flexible and confident enough to know what you are doing. .
Classes cost £12 to drop in or £50 for a 5 class pass.

Specifically designed to include breath work, postures and meditations, to enable you manage your menopause easily.
These workshops will give you some simple tools that you can use at home to help you to de-stress and manage your symptoms.
They will help you to reframe your menopause into a positive transition to the next part of your life.
They will help you to reclaim your life!
