What You’ll Gain:
In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. These practices will help you:

  • Feel calm, centered, and grounded.
  • Replace stress with a sense of ease and relaxation.
  • Infuse your days with positivity, magic, and joy.


What We’ll Do Each Week:
Each session offers a structured, nurturing experience:

  1. Breath-Led Yoga Practice: Start with a gentle yoga flow to connect your body and mind.
  2. TRE Shaking Practice: Release tension and regulate your nervous system with Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises.
  3. Guided Meditation: Build on the previous weeks’ practices with a meditation that deepens your connection and focus.
  4. Gratitude Journaling & Affirmations: End the session by learning how to reflect on the positives in your life through gratitude journaling and an empowering weekly affirmation.


Practicing Between Sessions:
You’ll be encouraged to incorporate these practices into your daily or weekly routine. Whether you choose to practice everything together or spread them out, the key is consistency—do at least one practice a day along with your gratitude journaling and affirmation.

These practices are designed to align you with the universal flow of energy. Once you're in sync, you can turn your life around and infuse each day with a little bit of magic.

I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or ability, and I strive to create a supportive community for all my students.


With over 25 years of personal yoga practice and 12 years of teaching experience, I understand the transformative power of yoga. 


From the very start of my journey, I was taught in a way that empowered me to establish my own home practice. This approach has stayed with me for over two decades, and I aim to teach in the same way – enabling you to make yoga your own, so you can continue your practice even when you can’t get to a class.


What I Offer
I am trained in Ashtanga yoga and can also tailor sessions to meet your unique needs. 


My offerings include:

  • Absolute Beginners Yoga: A gentle introduction to yoga for those new to the practice.
  • Menopause Yoga: Specialised classes designed to support women during this life stage.
  • One-to-One Sessions: Ideal for adapting your practice to pregnancy, menopause, or other individual needs.
  • Therapeutic yoga Tailored to your individual needs.


Whether you’re an experienced yoga practitioner looking to 

move your practice along or someone just starting your yoga journey, I’m here to support you.

You can choose to practice in the way that suits you best:

  • In the comfort of your home (I can travel to you)

One to One classes cost £55 for one hour 


5 week block of 1 hour classes £250

Are you looking for some more gentle yoga to help you to heal your body and calm your nervous system? 


Are you approaching menopause, or slap bang in the middle of it and wondering how to control you

Have you always wanted to learn yoga but are a bit intimidated by those fast paced athletic classes that most studios run? 


Are you looking for some more gentle yoga to help you to heal your body and calm your nervous system? 


Are you approaching menopause, or slap bang in the middle of it and wondering how to control your seemingly out of control menopause symptoms? 


Do you simply want to find a gentle practice to help you to get back to the real you? 


Using a therapeutic approach to teaching yoga, I will tailor a session to suit your needs. Meeting you where you are at, I will gently guide you, using your breath as a base, towards an energising and empowering practice. 


Anyone can do yoga, it's just a matter of finding a practice that allows your body to unfold in its own time. 


Using the breath as a powerful method to calm your nervous system and move your body, you will gently build a practice that suits your individual body and lifestyle. 


We can create a practice that is manageable and enjoyable for you so that you look forward to rolling out your mat and looking after yourself. 


If you are a complete beginner we can build a practice from scratch working with your body and using postures that work for you. Over time you will build up to a short practice that you can fit into your daily routine. 


Perhaps you have an injury and would like advice on how to modify your practice to work with this.


We can work together to safely modify your current practice so that you can accommodate your injury, until it heals.
