From the very start of my journey, I was taught in a way that empowered me to establish my own home practice. This approach has stayed with me for over two decades, and I aim to teach in the same way – empowering you to make yoga your own, so you can continue your practice even when you can’t get to a class.

Using a therapeutic approach to teaching yoga, taking a holistic approach, I will tailor a session to suit your needs. Meeting you where you are at, I will gently guide you, using your breath as a base, towards an energising and empowering practice.

We can create a practice that is manageable and enjoyable for you so that you look forward to rolling out your mat and looking after yourself.
