Reflexology is a wonderful therapy that works on the pressure points in your feet. 

Each part of your foot corresponds to a different part of your body, and by massaging the pressure points in the feet we can reach the stuck energy in the rest of your body without having to have a full massage. 

Reflexology is a gentle, non invasive therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet  which correspond to other parts of the body. 

 Through  stimulating these points, the treatment promotes relaxation, improves circulation, reduces stress, and supports the body’s natural healing processes.

 Reflexology is rooted in the idea of holistic health, aiming to bring balance to the entire body rather than just treating symptoms.

 It’s different from a standard massage as we can focus on specific points to address particular health concerns.

Reflexology reduces stress and induces deep relaxation, improves circulation and cleanses the body of toxins and impurities. As such it balances the whole system and revitalises energy. 

Reflexology can help with conditions like headaches, anxiety, sinus congestion, and  digestive issues. It can also help with pain relief and relaxation.

It's an amazing science and can be mixed with Reiki for a beautiful and dreamy relaxing session.
