I am a Reiki Master and have been a Reiki practitioner for over 25 years. 

Reiki is an ancient hands on healing method, that was rediscovered about 100 years ago in Japan. 

It uses the universal life force energy, channelled through the practitioner's hands to bring warm healing light to where it is needed in your body. 

The energy is very powerful and can be used to treat a number of issues. 

I offer Reiki healings  which will leave you feeling very relaxed and chilled.

I also offer Reiki attunements, either individual or  in a small group, so that you can learn to heal yourself. 

You can book a 30 minute or a 1 hour Reiki Healing session.

This is an individual session where the universal life force energy is channelled through the practitioner's hands and into your body. 

It can be either hands on or hands just hovering above your body. 

Sessions can be either at your home or at the studio therapy room. 

I am based at Yoga Sangha in Cheadle, on Wednesday evenings  and Thursday mornings, and Chorlton Health Hub and or I can come to your home.

I offer Reiki attunements either on a one to one basis or in small groups in a workshop  over two days, where you can practice the hand positions on others in the group 

As well as the attunement, These workshops will offer:  

 - A comprehensive overview of Reiki, Its history and development

- How to prepare for the energy to come through your hands 

 - How to feel the energy coming through your hands 

- Where to place the hands 

- How to draw the symbols 

- How and when to use the symbols

- After care and Healing detox
