Magical TRE and Sound Bath experience

An Afternoon of TRE & Crystal Bowl Sound Healing
Release – Relax – Rebalance

Take this opportunity to unwind, release deep-seated tension, and reconnect with your body in a supported and calming space.


This special workshop combines Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) with the soothing power of crystal singing bowls. 


TRE is a powerful technique designed to help the body naturally release stress and trauma through gentle tremors. When combined with the healing frequencies of crystal bowls—tuned to resonate with your body’s chakra system—the experience deepens, allowing for greater release and relaxation.


We’ll begin with grounding techniques to center the body and mind, followed by learning the core TRE exercises. These movements are designed to gently fatigue the legs and pelvis, preparing the body to activate its natural tremoring response.


Once the tremors are initiated and you’ve learned how to safely start and stop them, Jodie will play the crystal singing bowls. The vibrations of the bowls will support and enhance your body’s release, helping you to drop more deeply into relaxation.


We’ll close with additional grounding practices, ensuring you leave the workshop feeling calm, supported, and fully grounded.

This is a safe and welcoming space to explore deep release and healing. Whether you're new to TRE or returning to the practice, you're warmly invited to join us.

Donna McCafferey

Donna Is a certified TRE provider, practicing in the Manchester area. 

After discovering TRE 3 years ago, she wanted to learn more and embarked on the training to become a provider. Having experienced tremoring in her body during a sound bath, Donna realised that crystal singing bowls would magically enhance a TRE session, adding to the feeling of deep peace and restoration. 

Jodie Jeacock

Jodie is a qualified sound Healer, based in Chesterfield. 

She  trained in sound healing in 2022, with Holly Husler, specifically using the Alchemy Crystal Bowls.  

 

The Alchemy Singing bowls when played, their harmonic frequencies act as keys, unlocking and activating deep rest, alignment, connection and expansion. Leaving you feeling rested and deeply restored. 

TRE Workshops

Tension and Trauma Release Exercises

Designed by Dr David Bercelli, after witnessing how all bodies react to danger, TRE is a series of simple exercises that help you to tap into your body’s natural shaking mechanism. 


TRE will help you to regulate your nervous system and bring you out of the fight/flight response and into a calm, grounded and socially engaged state of being.


TRE is very simple to learn and in a  workshop we will learn:

- Some simple grounding techniques, 

- How the body responds to stress and danger

- How tension and trauma effects the nervous system

- How the nervous system works 

- How to regulate your nervous system

- How to do the exercises

- How to start and stop the shaking

- What Self regulation is 

- How to self regulate to stop.


TRE is brilliant for dealing with stress, tension and trauma. 


TRE can help you to deal with

Learn something new !  This workshop is suitable for anyone who would like to try TRE for the first time, as well as for people who are already shaking. 

It will be a small group to promote safety.

You will learn the basics of TRE and how stress, tension and trauma are processed in the body.

You will learn simple grounding techniques and how to start and stop the tremors, as well as the TRE exercises to help bring on the tremors..
